Was looking for some info and found this page

Which had lots of useful info on but getting to the bottom I noticed
some almost greyed out links. Do they count as spammy links? Some are
related topics - so why aren't they more visible?

Hi Mogga,

They are on both top as bottom of the page and there to promote some
other websites. The links were grayed so visitors wont notice them to
much and klick on them, they are just there for the search engines.

Which is explicitly against Google's Quality Guidelines and likely to
get the site excluded.

What do hairdressers have to do with speeding fines anyway?

Ta but it was about what the money could be spent on from speeding
fines and apparently everything after admin goes straight to the govt!
So much for being about road safety.
One near me earnt £1.5M last year!!!!! I have to assume it's got no
speed limit sign anywhere near it for so may people to get caught.

We're cutting back on car journeys - been going to the shops on our
bikes. Wouldn't ride on the main road for love nor money though.
(Must be all them speeders!)
