If I logon Google webmaster account I see, serching for a keyword relevant
to my site, my page in the second absolute position followed from an other
belonging to my Forum, if I logoff the serp changes and the first page is
visualized in 4th position and the forum page in the second Google page. Is
anybody there who knows why?

It could be that you are accessing regional specific Google ( ie:
google.ca ) in one search and google.com in another or it could also
be that the datacentres are swapping results according to search
pressures on them ( in theory, different datacentres should give
slightly different results )
