This group isn't private; it's open to anyone who wants to discuss the
search engines, SEO strategy, ask on-topic questions, etc.

But, as is the case in virtually every other newsgroup, spammers aren't
welcome here.

If you post something useful here, you're welcome to put a link to your site
in your signature. Many folks do. It's a good place to make professional
connections, and we all learn from each other (and each other's websites).

But posting spam is poor ettiquette, and, as you've found, is likely to be
greeted with disdain and even hostility.

If you'd like to contribute to this group, we'd all be glad to read your
on-topic, non-spam posts.
