My term with my hosting company expires in April. I have a colocated
server (which I own). I use about 150-200 GB per month. I want to have a straightforward deal where I pay some $$ per gig, perhaps with some extra monthly fee (for power and space) and that's all. What would be a reasonable rate in terms of dollars per gigabyte, that I could reasonably expect to get. Thanks. i |

Thanks. I could tell you what I'm paying, but without knowing what you're paying I can't judge if you would find it reasonable or not. |

I am paying $1.50 per gig if I divide what I pay per month, by the estimate of gigs per month. Is there anyone who hosts high traffic websites? i |

You must have a lot of big files on your server or one hell of a lot of visitors to use 150-200 gig per month we get 6 to 7K visitors a day and only use 15 to 20 Gig a month 200 gig a month in the UK would be very expensive Barrie, -- BH |

I'm paying $2.00 per gig, but I'm not doing anything like that kind of bandwidth. |

My question still stands. How much to pay per gig. i |

Is that per month for BW? So, if you have 50Gs of BW you pay $100 a month?
