I'm working on a page ( http://lurasbookcase.com ) and even though it's
got upwards of 500 backlinks according to google webmaster tools it's a
PR3 and serps have been falling off over the last few months.

I'd appreciate suggestions for improving performance. I'm working on
more backlinks, what else should I do?

Mostly I've been doing link exchanges with other Christian sites and
putting entries on Christian site directories, topsite listings and
suchlike.

What I'd like is to come up with a way to encourage more one-way inbound
links.

Pray harder! Also, accept that the Devil probably augments listening
to some of the best tunes with visits to some of the better web sites.
Get some of that action and get links from, um, I was going to say
normal sites, well, them as well, but maybe you should try for links
from sites of other faiths. Hey, even if they hold you up to ridicule,
it's a link from a related site.
