Maybe y'all already heard about this, but, you can now see ALL your
backlinks, in Google webmaster tools. It shows every backlink to every page
on your site.

You can even download the link tables in CSV format. Neat, huh?

Matt Cutts announced this with the caveat, "Do not assume just because you
see a backlink that it's carrying weight."

This is EXACLTLY the tool I found that I was referring to with regards
to webmaster tools. It displays just touching on 1000 backlinks all of
which are viewable and followable(?)

How about this caveat: "Just because you don't see a backwards link
doesn't mean that a link is not carrying weight." Note the double
negative.

Or, how about this one: "Just because you don't see anything doesn't
mean that one don't exist."

Or, maybe: "Who can believe anything that a blogger writes, even if
his name is Matt Cutts."

I just thought that you might want to know that Google is all knowing,
all seeing, and obviously knows more than you do. Even, if you do not
know.

Yes, I agree with both a and b.
Also, they [the results] are a bit out of date, cos I checked a few
[mainly from blogs] and the link is no longer there. Perhaps it is on
another page now.

Would also be good if it could tell if the links are related or not to
your site, and a percentage of relevance.
