http://www.googlegroupie.com - Search Engine Optimization, Tools and
Articles on Adsense, Adwords, SEO and other google services. We have added a Google PageRank checker on the front page of the site. We have also added a meta tag generator. (With all the proper tags in place, including the two robot tags) -There is now a bunch of forums, mostly seo related. -Alot of interesting articles, tips and advice. - Definately worth checking out. Currently working on a couple of new tools and articles so stay tuned ![]() Relatively new site, but it has a lot of relevent content and some good tools. If you would like to link to any articles or any of our tools, your welcome to do so and it would be appreciated. Thank you |

(With all the proper tags in Wonderful stuff - but why the keywords at the foot of the page? So 1998 - but at least they are not colour-matched to the background. Dang! I've given him an idea! And watch your reciprocal-link fervour - that's so 2005 You are getting there, and I don't want to put you off. But you really, really, need to know your stuff before you set up shop as an expert. For example, you really, really need to learn how to use a character set so your pages are not almost unreadable on some browsers. Sitemaps ARE "good" - but it's not enough to say they are "three times good" - you need to know - and to say, WHY they are good. Good Luck -- Andrew Editor http://www.seo2seo.com/ |

![]() Thanks Andrew, Any feedback is appreciated. I definately dont claim to be an expert, I just post articles on my learnings, things that I know will work because iv'e tryed them. But on my website (googlegroupie.com) you should be able to add an article if you join, so I dont expect my articles to be the most popular, or the most detailed. *Sitemaps are good (times 3 :P) , because yahoo and google are using them, plus msn's supposed to adopt the sitemap protocol (sitemaps.org). I dont doubt you already know this so I wont get into why sitemaps are good other than the fact that they do robots index your site, and if you have a new website. That should be pretty high on your list of priority. Sorry about some of the pages being unreadable, Im pretty sure its my articles script, because I wrote a bunch of articles in MS word, when i copyed them to the page they seemed fine, but when i published them I noticed the charset problem. It should've only been like that on a couple of pages, either way though, im going to fix it within the next coming minutes. :P The whole reciprocal-link thingy, i should remove too, I think im better off with a links page, and have webmasters email me thier links.(should provide my visitors with alot more relevent links) haha, I should colour code the keywords, make them flash and change colours.. i should animate them as .gif's and have them fly around peoples screens. Andrew, I was actually on your site last night, I was going to submit my site,(the two tools and the actual website itself then I readfurther down on the submit page, and it sayed no reciprocals, so i figured I should wait till I remove the reciprocal script before I submit it. thanks for checking it out and posting your opinion Andrew. (Im actually editing the site right now, might be a bit before everything's beautiful tho) |

Good Luck to you - you've shown you are willing to learn - and that's the single key event for success on the web. Hang in there - and I'll be more than happy to receive your comments on my site! Well, I've changed the link directory to a manual submission for
now.(not the most beautiful of links pages) but it works. And I've updated a majority of the articles so that they should be perfectly readable. ![]() Did alot of minor changes, no more speaking of recip links. ![]() anyways, thanks for the feedback, always appreciated. |

Underlined text should always be a link. That's what folks expect. Don't underline headings, etc, as it is confusing. Using too many fonts & font sizes on a page (or site) is disconcerting, too - I'd recommend simplifying your font scheme. cheers~ D. |

Andrew, I I checked out your site. Did you know? Your "how to submit" instructions say to navigate to the correct category, then click the "submit" link at bottom of page. But there is no submit link. Are you not taking submissions any longer? cheers ~ D. > > (Which I'm happy to admit is far from perfect!) > -- > Andrew > Editor > http://www.seo2seo.com/ > > > |
