Hi,

I've tested some tracking software for the position on serps. All
solution checkt only the position, but they didn't track the snippet.
Do anyone know a software, which also take the SE-description from
serps and store it?

The best would be that it checks the position in both, generic and
sponsored listing and also tracks both, the snippet text and the ad
text.

Probably not going to find such a beast. I do write stuff like that for a
living though, but custom jobs like that are not cheap, but on the other
hand you get exactly what you need :-D.

I installed the programm, but I couldn't get any result from the
snippets viewer. It spidered the Serps but do not show any result.

There are other disadvantages, e.g. no connection between the program
parts (you have to enter the same data again and again, when you want
serp and snippet tracking)

I've to continue searching ;-(

Well, my software does support it...
But does not expose this feature :-)

If you could tell me a bit more about your needs / the
context, I could probably add it in the next update (1.1.1)

your software looks really fine. I'll check it.

IMHO the snippet in Serps is as important as the position. That's why I
would like to track it. I imagine a tabel with Date, Domain, Keyword,
Position ... and Snippet. If you store this in a Database, one can
check if the snippet change with the time.

Other features I couldn't find up to now is tracking of the number of
matching pages, that is displayed on Serps. Also it would be great,
that the sponsored Ads (Ranking + Text) would be tracked.

When will the 1.1.1 Update come?
