I didn't hear it somewhere outside belgium or Holland yet.

Again Belgium is news, prety sad that it's always bad news. I don't
think Google is going to invest much money overhere in the future.

I am not sure if it is a bad news for _Belgium_. Truth is - some Google
actions raise questions. Whether they are answered by Belgian or American
or Kiribati court - doesn't matter. Google can't ignore law, that's all.
At the same time it can be that lack of action of Belgian justice will
stop investments of Sony or Virgin

"Internet giant Google said yesterday it would appeal against a Belgian court
ruling that threatens to undermine the rationale behind its hugely popular
global network of news sites....A spokesman said the company believed the
case was "entirely unnecessary". "Google has a clear policy of respecting
the wishes of content owners. If a newspaper does not want to be part of
Google News ... all they have to do is ask," he added. Google has yet to
introduce advertising on its Google News sites..."

By the way, Google News is becoming broader while Yahoo News remains somewhat
narrow. Still, Yahoo is cleaner and the feeds are handled more properly.
But, either way, Google is quickly catching up. The gap beetween the two was
wider last year.

With kind regards,

Roy

Belgium law?

Bush and Netanyanu are also procecuted overhere ...

Belgium law is for some people very flexible, for others they make laws
to make them shut up.

Belgium is 0, a place for gangsters and maffia

What is the strange thing in this is that most court cases have a
duration off years overhere. Except this one, 1 month.
Then the court who did this is not normally a court which have the
power to do this.

Typical Belgium.
