Sorry but I have not had experiences before, and just want to make sure
this would work fine. How easy is it to transfer a domain from one registration company to another? Essentially, will there be any cost to be paid to the origin company and is it possible that in some way the origin company will lock this domain so that it'll be left expired if I don't continue with them? |

Not that hard. It requires almost the same effort as registering new
domain. However, please make sure that 1) Your domain is not locked. - You can check for this at http://www.internic.net/whois.html make sure that the STATUS is ACTIVE (not locked) 2) Your administrative and registrar e-mail addresses are up-to-date After initiating the transfer, make sure you check your e-mail account because there will be a couple notification/confirmation e-mails sent to your e-mail address. Just follow the instructions in the e-mails. The whole transfer usually takes 1~2 weeks. -- ..autoquartz. www.skcwebhost.com chinnawut@gmail.com wrote: > Sorry but I have not had experiences before, and just want to make sure > this would work fine.
