Hi,
Im new to this stuff. I've installed the newest Apache on my Win xp system, edited the config file, tried to start the server and it always says failed. It might be because I have stuff running like provoxy and tor, I dunno. I tried an older Apache and it works, i get the test page when I go to 127.0.0.1. Now I tried to install PHP. I think I did the install ok because Apache monitor says"Apache/ 2.0.59(Win32)PHP/5.2.1". I have an index.php "hello world" file to test the php install but it doesn't say directory to put it in. What directory do I put this file in so I can see it when I go to 127.0.0.1. Thanks. |

Thanks. if you're new, just go get xampp for windows, and learn how it works as you use it. |
