I'm confused so please .

How does apache use its conf files? I'd read the apache documentations but
still confuse how apache validate requests against its config files.
Something are processed once when apache starts up and others are being
processed for every request. The most confusing part is when using several
directives together to satisfy a request. How does it use those directives?
How does it know to stop evaluating and return the result?

I hate to say it,.. but ,.. better get a good book,..

there are simply too many options to tell you exactly how each and
everyone is handled.. it would pretty much turn into a book,...
