I use PS CS3 in Windows Vista Home Premium. I am trying to stroke a Path or Selection with an custom brush that I Defined. For some reason the brush wont even leave a mark on a blank image. Why??

make sure the path is selected, and the blend mode is normal, and it's otherwise set up exactly the way you want to use it. use the stroke option in the paths palette rather than the one in the edit menu...
