I wonder if someone could advise me how to achieve the above effect with leaves?

I am using CS2 on Windows.

Create a "leaf' scatter brush and draw a tornado with it.

"Above" effect?

Got an example image?

Something like that doesn't have a one-page, cut-and-dried solution or tutorial.

You'll have to learn the app, do your homework, apply your strengths, muster up your artistic abilities, and wrangle your tools to do your bidding.

Yes, it really is that simple.

I did a mockup of the tornado effect (radial/swirl effect), not so happy with the end result...thought I might get some brilliant advices from fellow photoshoppers!
