When I try to launch Photoshop, it simply does not respond.... no error message or anything. I do not even get the Splash Screen.

Here are some of the troubleshooting steps that I already did:

- Uninstalled Photoshop
- Ran CleanScript in level 1/2/3
- Deleted all files created by Photoshop CS3 including the Flexnet folder
- Created a new Vista account
- Reinstalled Photoshop onto the desktop
- Turned off anti virus programs
- Deleted preferences folder
- Ran commands: fsutil resource setautoreset true c:\, regsvr32 vbscript.dll and regsvr32 jscript.dll
- Restarted computer
- SAME ISSUE
