I use the following code to define smarty folder,
please advise as i still facing problems

define('SMARTY_DIR', 'C:\webspace\june2003\neo-
fusion.com\neo-fusion.com\lib\smarty\');
define('SMARTY_C', 'C:\webspace\june2003\neo-
fusion.com\neo-fusion.com\temp\templates_c\');
define('CHACHE', 'C:\webspace\june2003\neo-
fusion.com\neo-fusion.com\temp\cache\');


I also use ACL (access controll level) in Hosting Controller Pannel
to set
templates_c WRITE for everyone
