I switched from 123reg because of their support was so poor. Shame because
its rare that I needed to contact their support department. In my experience
they were very slow and even after repeated attempts failed to resolve the
issue.

I switched earlier this year to www.domainmonster.com. The only time I've
needed since then to contact their support I got a response back almost
straight away and the issue (forget what it was) was resolved. So they have
my recommendation.
