Ah, well now I'm thinking it's a function of the browser. The "source"
above was in FF, Opera gives me nothing, and in IE6 I get all of this:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">
<HTML><HEAD>
<META http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html;
charset=windows-1252"></HEAD>
<BODY></BODY></HTML>

I guess each browser assumes certain defaults...
