What's new at Live2Support
At Live2Support, our software development and R&D teams have been
working tirelessly and burning the midnight oil to bring you more new
features, stability and reliability. Many enhancements have been
implemented to Release 3.4 of our application. These enhancements
apply to our web-Based Interface which allows chat operators to chat
live with customers and site visitors directly using a web browser
such as Internet Explorer or FireFox. Please do not hesitate to get in

The Visitor Monitoring Window is your window into the activities of
your site visitors. Assess their browsing patterns and gain critical
insights into their surfing habits. You now have the option to view
all the visitors' activities on your website only when the chat mode
is active on the website. We have also technically enhanced the look-
and-feel of the Chat Monitoring Window for a smoother, faster and more
transparent operation in the monitoring window. Additional information
about visitors such as the site visitor's organization and host
information is also provided in the new version of the program.
Additional information about the web browser being used by site
visitors is also provided. We have also added many new files to
you navigate the Chat Monitoring Window effortlessly. Stay tuned
