Anyone purchasing MS Vista gets to USE the application and by extension the
code therein but clearly MS still holds the copyrights to the code.
MS is a bit more proactive in stating the obvious but lacking a written
agreement to grant the client exclusive rights to the code you can use the
same code in another project and charge that client an additional fee for
the use of the code.
