PHWinfo - Afficher un message

Need to redirect from secured page (for example)
https://www.domain.com/products/radios/index.html
to non-secured http://www.domain.com/products/radios/index.html in
conf file.
"radios" directory would be wildcard type of thing
Can anyone ?
