Are you doing this for mail reverse PTR entries for public domains? Some do
not have them and there is no way around that. If it is a spam filter,
you'll just have to make adjustments or compromises to receive mail, but
they may still be filtered based on RBLS or SURBLS.

As for caching reverse entries, no. Only in forward entries, such as with a
host file, but I wouldn't do it that way. Some mail filters will allow to
increase the cache length ignoring the original time stamp on the record.
Mail filters will also allow you to create an IP trust list, as well as
domain trust lists. For reverse, it;s dynamic, unless you write an app to do
it.

I hope I understood your question. If not, please let me know.

Instead of the website you're using, I suggest to use OEx (Outlook Express
or any other newsreader), and configure a news account, pointing to
news.microsoft.com. This is a direct link to the Microsoft Public
Newsgroups. It is FREE and requires NO ISP's Usenet account. OEx allows you
to easily find, track threads, cross-post, sort by date, poster's name,
watched threads or subject.
