Hi,

I just created a FAT32 partition using Win2k at /dev/sda16.

But when I tried to mount it under Linux, I get:

% mount /dev/sda16 /mnt/tmp1/
mount: special device /dev/sda16 does not exist

why the device not exist? It's there:

$ fdisk -l | grep sda16
/dev/sda16 23510 24792 10305666 c W95 FAT32 (LBA)
