DNS does not route, it only returns IPs for names and names from IPs (If a
reverse lookup zone is configured)
That said, you can likely create all the reverse lookup zones and PTRs you
want for public IP addresses and it won't do any good because most ISPs
maintain the Authority of the reverse lookups on public IPs.
