Anyone who lives in Las Vegas knows that summerlin is a master planned
community of HIGH end real estate. See, it's called target marketing.
I can start off as a new domain and go after "las Vegas real estate"
and see no success for 3 years, or, i can target something with less
competition and higher revenues.

I asked for your opinions from a seo perspective. While I appreciate
your response I was looking for you to analyze the page from your
professions point of view. If I wanted advice on real estate markets,
I would talk to myself.

I do appreciate you taking the time to respond and will take your
advice into consideration and tone down the keywords; however, I would
have valued it much more if it were from an seo perspective.
