Hello,

I am getting a 403 on anything I try to do with Apache on our new Fedora
Core 4 server.

403 Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an
ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Is this a Linux file permission problem or an Apache problem ?

And how do I fix it ?
