I've read through the manuals and set up 4 virtual servers on my Win95
installation. When I try to access the sites, all 4 give me a HTTP 403 "You
are not authorized to view this page."

I see no way to grant access on the directory to specific users. Is there
some setting in Apache where I can designate the user account to be used for
web access? Thanks.
