Most webmails don't maintain state, and need to be paired with cyrus,
which responds quickly to connections, or connect thru an imap proxy
which does maintain state.

The only proxy I know of is imapproxy, and it's not well maintained,
leaving cyrus as the only good option for a non stateful webmail.

It's possible to use uw-imap with a stateful webmail like prayer, but
prayer has minimial features. I don't know any other good choices for
a stateful webmail.

Unfortunately, it's "not straight forward."
