With the Cyrus server 2.2.x, it's possible to set SIEVE scripts on
shared mailboxes but apparently only with the admin user via cyradm
thanks to the ANNOTATEMORE (aka METADATA) extension.
With cyradm, manage the /vendor/cmu/cyrus-imapd/sieve annotation using
setinfo - cf.
