I repeat: Cyrus uses its own specific mail database storage format, and
there's only a single mail database for all mail accounts.

I'm sure there's a configuration options to keep all mail in /usr/foo/blah,
instead of /var/spool/imap, if that floats your boat, but there's going to
be one location for Cyrus's mail database, that contains every mailbox. This
is inherent to Cyrus's design.
