No, no negative impact from the point of view of
a DNS server.

More features too, but most of those are not relevant
to a secondary (only a Primary or other...) -- BTW,
why are you running a secondary and not AD Integrated?

And the likely problems (from having it be a Win2003 DC)
have probably already been address since you have other
Win2003 DCs already (e.g., SMB signing issue for clients.)
