Hi,

Here is Vincent again.

As we know, there is a local balancing mechanism used by DNS servers called
Round robin which is used to share and distribute network resource loads.By
default, the DNS Server service uses round robin to order resource records
returned in an answer of the host name resolved to more than one mapped RR.

Therefore, my thoughts is: when the dns get the incorrect ip address the
first time and cached it. After you restart the DNS server, it retrived the
second ip address. For the other dns server, it got the correct ip first
time and cached it.

After you restart the DNS server, it retrived the second ip address. For the other dns server, it got the correct ip first time and cached it.
