PHWinfo - Afficher un message

I am having issues with one of my Windows 2003 dns servers. When I try and
resolve one specific name on the from the dns server it fails. I can see in
the cache that it has gottent he IP address of 2 name servers of the address
I am trying to resolve but it cannot get the A record. If I restart the dns
server and perform the same action - it will resolve the A record. Can
anyone give me some pointers as to where to start troubleshooting this?
