Re: Domain Name expired and reactivated but still unable to access
Hi,
Yes, internally (local area network) we can access the corporate
website wither by IP address or URL. Externally we are not able to
access either IP or url.
when did a tracert and it show firewall not responding.
I am confused here because before the domain name expired, we have no
problem accessing from externally, now that it had expired and
reactivated, shouldn't it back to normal as it is ? do we have to
reconfigure firewall or dns server ??
