PHWinfo - Afficher un message - Domain Name expired and reactivated but still unable to access

One of our domain name expired recently and reactivated the following
day. Is it true that it will take 48 hours for it to propagate before
the website can be access again ?

The primary DNS is hosted internally. I have no porblem to ping the
website but not by name. My question is : do I require to flush the dns
server for it refresh ?

Any advise would be greatly appreciate.
