PHWinfo - Afficher un message - status of network connection continuously becomes plugged and unplugged alternately

My network connection continuously alternates between saying it is unplugged
and local area connection is now connected. What is causing this? It began
when I set up the pc to log a person into the domain running Windows Server
2003. Even when I unplug all the network connections in the router except
this one it continues to have the problem.
