My block of IP address is particularly easy to locate using obvious
and well known tactics used by other organizations. Evidently this
spammer doesn't use those tactics, because it is wrong about my
addresse. What else can you expect from a spammer? The primary
characteristic of spammers is the belief that they can fool all of
the people all of the time with any nonsense no matter how obviously
wrong or silly with repetition.
