I have reviewed the logs, but unfortunately there are not some clearly
ful information.

Since my last suggestions can't work, I recommend that you try the
following:
1. Restart your computer with safe mode
2. Uninstall the .NET framework 2.0
3. Remove SQL Server 2005 components ( if some components can't be removed,
please ignore them)
4. Delete SQL Server 2005 setup directory of C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL
Server
5. Create a new user belong to local administrators group
6. Restart your computer and log on windows with the new user
5. Install SQL Server 2005 Standard Edition.
