PHWinfo - Afficher un message - Outside of my network of my server can taccess server?

never had this problem before but i can access the site via my ip and
127.0.0.1 and localhost on the server machine and via any pc on ym
network but i cant access it via anouther pc on the internet and ideas
firewalls disabled?
