LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/xxx/openssl/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH (the openssl
directory contains libssl.so.0.9.6)

One more hint .. probably ...
Apache is run as nobody/nobody - anything else i need to change for
that. I hv tried using SetEnv etc but has not worked.
