Source that frame to the external site you want to appear there. Be aware
of the following -

1. You will get the entire home page in that frame, including its
navigation
2. You will get this provided the other site hasn't blocked you from doing
this (which sometimes happens)
3. Frames suck large boulders. You will need to rethink your layout plan
if you don't want to inherit many problems both for yourself and your
visitors.
