I understand how to use DW templates. I also understand what HTML frames are.
What I'm referring to, however, is if there is a way to achieve this effect
WITHOUT using the dreaded standard 'frame' code in HTML.
I don't want my 'template' to move at all. Only the information that changes
within the box in the middle. I know this is possible with background images
and such, but is it possible with other elements WITHOUT using the pain the
butt standard frames?
