While you can describe this functionality in a few short sentences, it will
certainly not be simple for someone new to DW and new to HTML/Server
scripting. You would need a back-end database to contain the comments, and
you would need to write the page so that it pulls the comments from the
database to display on the page, as well as adds the comments to the
database when a new one is entered. For sure, you'd want to have some
'moderation' function built in, since slapping those unedited comments on
the page will surely create a sensation!

It could just be your implementation that is not working, doncha know? What
have you tried?
