PHWinfo - Afficher un message - "The following translators were not loaded..."

I also need resolution on this.

Happened out of nowhere... "The following translators were not loaded...PHP,
Spry, SpryWidget, XSLT"... happens when i first open any and all of my sites
I've worked on for years.

The other new development is that if i go to insert an image it suddenly
doesnt work... "while executing object tag in image.htm, a javascript error
occured"

Hoping these problems are related and someone has a similar experience/real
fix.
