Just join the domain, then dcpromo it, installing DNS/WINS/DHCP then (and
make it a GC....). If you don't care about migrating the existing databases
(I usually don't bother in a small network), you're good to go. You can then
transfer the FSMO
roles, make sure everything is working, and eventually demote/remove the old
DC.
