According to the description, your concern is that if we can create a
record of *.abc.com for all the hosts being resolved to 192.168.0.123.

If I have any misunderstanding, please feel free to let me know.

Based on the research, here is some information which may be ful for
you.

Analysis and Suggestion:

What Kevin said nails it. Of course you can. Windows system will
automatically append the DNS suffix "abc.com" to query in the DNS server if
we have set "abc.com" as the DNS suffix. In this way, all DNS queries that
do not have the explicit name will be resolved to this record
(192.168.0.123)

Here are some steps just for your reference:

Steps to create a new zone:

1. open DNS server console with "dnsmgmt.msc"
2. right-click on "Forward Lookup Zones" and then "New Zone¡"
3. next create a "Primary zone" with the zone name "abc.com" (without
quotation mark)

Steps to create A record of "*.abc.com"

1. open DNS server console with "dnsmgmt.msc"
2. expand the "Forward Lookup Zones" and then right-click on the "abc.com"
3. Select "New Host (A)¡", input * in the name option and then under the
"IP address" input "192.168.0.123" (without quotation mark)
4. Click "Add Host"
5. After that, you may see the A record exist in the DNS management console.
