You may wanna ask the scanner? BTW, most if not all scanners use
TWAIN which should be installed and loaded by Windows.

Yup! and usually the TWAIN should be part of Windows. I don't know
exactly what the Twain_32.8BA is, it could be the default plug-in to load
the real TWAIN driver, or the scanner does install it to Photoshop (?)

If the camera is TWAIN device then you will need to install its TWAIN
driver to Windows, and Photoshop should detect it.

I am guessing.

1. Install the camera's TWAIN driver

2. Connect the camera to USB before open Photoshop.
