If you have specific questions or problems, you'll find more in
the Adobe Photoshop Elements Forums:
http://www.adobeforums.com/webx/.eeb4f8b/ and subscribe to the 1st,
2nd, and 4th on the list.

You won't find much in the way of tips on how to do it better, but you
will be able to ask questions about things you don't know how to do.
The forums are more of a problem-solving venue than anything else.

This newsgroup, and alt.graphics.photoshop, go further into how to do
certain things. Since the readership ranges from Elements users to
users of different versions of the full Photoshop, you won't be able
to do some of the things covered.

I have both the full Photoshop and Elements. Many of the things I
learn here can be done in Elements.
