PHWinfo - Afficher un message - Why isn;t my .swj file showing on the web?

It's embedded in Dreamweaver, I can see it in Dreamweaver.. but it doesn't show
on the web? I'm using the latest version of I.E.

It is embedded in between the two Youtube vidoes:
