You could have actual copy of your website with all the media in projector format.
Instead of exporting to SWF, export to EXE projector (for windows).
Then with from 3rd party tools like Jugglor from http://www.flashjester.com
you can pack entire project into single exe file. It won't allow the end user to
get any mp3 or whatever files you could possible have.

I have been using Jugglor for years, literally. About 10 years now... Superb for
tuning and customizing and securing your extra content.
